Overview
House Church is a new church plant in Oklahoma City with a clear vision: create a spiritual home that feels honest, inclusive, and rooted in community. As the church prepared to launch, they approached Apparent Creative to build a brand identity that would reflect warmth, simplicity, and a bold sense of belonging.
The Challenge
Unlike traditional churches, House Church intentionally blurs the line between sacred and everyday spaces. They meet in living rooms, gather around dinner tables, and center community as their core value.
They needed a brand that:
Felt approachable, modern, and human
Differentiated them from more traditional or corporate-feeling church brands
Worked across multiple formats—from signage to social to Sunday service slides

The Solution
Apparent Creative developed a visual identity that’s modular, warm, and deeply intentional—designed to feel like it belongs in both a living room and a sanctuary.
Logo & Wordmark
We crafted a simple, lowercase logotype with soft curves and generous spacing to evoke humility and openness. The abstract house icon doubles as a roof and upward path—symbolizing both literal shelter and spiritual direction.
Visual System
The supporting system uses warm earth tones, rounded shapes, and flexible layout templates to create a sense of calm and connection. Typography is clean and expressive, leaning into clarity over complexity.
We also developed:
Custom iconography for sermon series and ministries
Presentation slide templates for worship and announcements
Brand guidelines that empower the internal team to build on the system
